About Adaville

Inside you'll find three king-sized bedrooms, each with blockout curtains, plush new carpet and lush underfloor heating. Two of the bedrooms feature ceiling fans, while the master includes a reverse cycle air conditioner and a full ensuite with shower and underfloor heating. All bedrooms have dressers with drawers as well as hatstands and door hooks with hangers to hang clothes.

The lounge room is cosy with a fireplace (a grate is provided for your safety), reverse cycle air con, an Smart TV with a range of streaming services (Amazon Prime, Disney+, Netflix, Apple) as well as a selection of board games to play on the oak coffee table while you kick back on our cushy couch by lamplight.

The cottage kitchen features European appliances, including a large gas stove and electric oven big enough to roast a turkey or two. The walk-in pantry features a microwave, the fridge and glass and serveware aplenty. In the kitchen drawers you'll also find a range of cooks' conveniences like a mandoline, table cloths, apron and mortar and pestle. Also check the kitchen and pantry shelves for additional platters, boards and cookware.

DescripThe kitchen doubles as a dining room with our large rustic farm bench and six upholstered dining stools. The bench is on casters to make the best use of the space - you can keep it against the wall for extra bench space during cooking, and then simply push it into the centre when you're ready to serve and linger with mates over a meal. Outside you'll find an entertainer’s deck, complete with BBQ, dining area and outdoor lounge with umbrellas for shade.

Adaville is nestled in a spacious classic cottage garden that provides year-round interest: blossoms in spring, summer dahlias, tulips in winter and vivid autumn foliage. The rear deck is bordered by festoon lights which light the outdoor space softly - the perfect setting for a sundowner or night cap.

The kitchen opens on to a sunroom with a couch nook for reading or the odd afternoon snooze. Please note the underfloor heating in the sunroom is not functional. The space is a morning sun trap - a great spot to enjoy coffee and the paper.

The cottage’s main bathroom has undergone an impressive renovation which includes travertine marble tiling, mood lighting and what feels like the world’s largest, most sumptuous bath. it comfortably fits two (or more!) and is perfect for a relaxing soak after a day of shopping or adventuring. We provide bubble bath, bath salts and candles for extra relaxation.Description goes here

Two bedrooms feature ceiling fans, while the living room and main bedroom both have reverse cycle air conditioning. All three bedrooms and both bathrooms feature underfloor heating (please note the underfloor heating in the sun room is not operational), and if you’re staying with us in the cooler months the heating will be on for your arrival to ensure a cosy check in. The living room features an open fireplace, while the fireplace in the kitchen is not operational.
